I know all too well where you are coming from. I have been where you are - confused, frustrated, and feeling alone in my health journey.
I used to be a night-time binge eater. After a full day of doing all of the positive things for my body and my health, I was self-sabotaging. Even AFTER I studied to become a nutritionist, I was still doing it, so I KNEW there was something more going on here than just the food, because I already knew exactly what I should be eating and not be eating.
That’s when I went deeper to learn about WHY I was still making these bad choices for myself. Once I figured out how to reprogram that old “operating system” in my brain, everything changed for me, and I wanted to help others do the same.
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, certified yoga and meditation instructor, Reiki Master, and author.
I have spent nearly a decade helping women around the world fundamentally change their relationship with food through my popular Change Your Brain - Change Your Body program. I continue to challenge myself to learn and create new materials and programs to elevate the health and wellness of my clients.

Is this included in the Change Your Brain - Change Your Body (CYB) program?
No. The Inner Glow Project is completely separate from CYB.
Can I cancel before the end of the 12 months?
No. The Inner Glow Project is not a monthly membership that can be cancelled anytime; it is a 12-month program with a 12-month investment plan or single investment for the whole year.
I have a specific health or dietary issue, would I still be a good fit for this
Absolutely! The areas we'll be focusing on each month inside The Inner Glow Project will be helpful no matter what you're going through with your personal health.
I’m not on Facebook. Can I still do the program?
You certainly can. You'll just miss out on the community aspect of the program as well as the weekly motivational videos which will be posted in the Facebook group. However, it is easy to create a Facebook account that you can use only to be part of this community.
Will all of the material be stored in a private learning portal
The material and video recordings you get as part of the program will be stored in our private Learning Portal or emailed to you directly.
Once we join, do we get lifetime access to the material and recordings?
You sure do!
Do you offer refunds?
No, I am confident in this program and the value it provides. You will always have a chance to access and review the modules and information even if you are away or miss a meeting. And the material will be yours for life to access and draw upon! Everything you need to make positive strides in your health and life is included.
GROUP COACHING SESSIONS
When are the group coaching sessions held?
Group coaching sessions will be done via Zoom meeting so we can all see one another. They'll be held four times each month (dates and times will vary to allow for maximum accessibility for people with different schedules and time zones) and I encourage you to try to come to at least one each month.
How long will each group coaching session be?
That will depend entirely on the discussion happening that day. They won't run longer than an hour.
What if I can’t attend a group coaching session due to another commitment?
The group coaching sessions will be recorded for you so, if you want, you'll be able to watch any that you missed - or any that you attended that were particularly helpful for you that you’d like to revisit.
PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS (for Sparkle members)
When are the private coaching sessions held?
My calendar is open for private coaching Mondays and Tuesdays from 10am to 8pm EST. If you sign up for the Sparkle tier, you'll get access to my calendar and you'll be able to book your monthly sessions with me whenever they work best for your schedule within that window.
How long will the private coaching sessions be?
Private coaching sessions are 30 minutes in length.
Will the private coaching sessions be recorded?
Yes, the private coaching sessions will be recorded for you, so I'll privately email you the recording link directly the following day.
